During Hyfer Futures-festival of arts & science Sunday 25 September the Kunsthall stretches out to the Planetarium at Trondheim Science Center just around the corner!
In an extension of researcher and artist Susanne M. Winterling's exhibition A threshold-game of proximity, cluster and heat at Kunsthall Trondheim, you are invited to the Planetarium for an exclusive screening in the planetarium of the film planetary loop of gravitation (2018).
This immersive film drags you below the surface of the sea to a sensual encounter with noctilucoid dinoflagellates. During the films duration of 9 minutes, you are surrounded by flying luminescent plankton, which in the artist's own words are "accompanied by an opera written by microorganisms and ocean currents".
The film loops every nine minutes from 3.30 pm – 4.15 pm in the Planetarium at Trondheim Science Center (Vitensenteret), Kongens gate 1.
