Liv Bugge’s exhibition, "Umbilical Fire" (opening April 4, 2025), explores the connections between energy, desire, and reproduction across human and non-human realms. Through film, installation, and prints, Bugge challenges how we perceive these forces, inviting a deeper reflection on the ways energy shapes our understanding of eroticism, ancestry, and nature.
Move, Meditate, and Mingle aligns with Bugge’s themes by fostering an embodied awareness of energy and transformation. Vinyasa flow emphasizes the dynamic exchange of breath and movement, mirroring the shifting states of energy. Yoga Nidra guides participants into deep rest, allowing them to explore the subconscious layers of perception—resonating with Bugge’s investigation of unseen forces.
By participating in this yoga session, you are invited to embody the exhibition’s themes, deepening your engagement with both art and somatic awareness.
