For the next edition of Stories by the Spoonful, we welcome Daniel Perelló Badia, who invites us to gather around the table for Spanish flavours and heartwarming stories.
Born and raised in a small town in Spain, Daniel moved to Norway 13 years ago, and fell in love with the nature and the Norwegian summers. Today, he has made Trondheim his home, where he lives with his partner and their daughter.
As an immigrant, Daniel has used food to stay connected to his roots, cooking dishes that bring him home for a moment. Daniel believes there is no better way to bring people together than gathering around a table to share a good meal and good conversation.
This is more than just a dinner – it’s a bi-monthly reminder of community and belonging <3
