In conjunction with Trondheim Documentary Festival, Kunsthall Trondheim invites to a conversation with Psychologist Søren Bjørn Larsen and Assistant Professor Justine Grønbæk Pors, about how individuals become visible in public systems. What happens to us as humans, when it is only our disease, wages and social security that are visible in the public system? How can we document ourselves in ways that public systems can understand?
The evening starts with a presentation by psychologist and artist Søren Bjørn Larsen and Justine Grønbæk Pors, researcher from Copenhagen Business School. Søren Bjørn Larsen works in U-TURN, a treatment center for youth with drug abuse related problems and he is also part of the research project STUFF, which uses artistic strategies in social work. Justine Grønbæk Pors is an assistant professor and researcher in public administration, most recently focusing on the ghostly in public systems.
The conversation will be held in English. The event is free once you have paid admission to Kunsthall Trondheim. Visitors with season tickets have free admission.
